India Pale Ale (IPA)
Bison’s Organic IPA is a medium-bodied ale characterized by a citrus, pine and slightly grassy aroma with a moderately bitter, refreshingly crisp flavor and a clean, dry finish. 6% abv.
Recommended Glassware: Pint glass (“Nonick” Imperial Pint) Cheese Pairings: Aged Gouda, Sharp Cheddar, Asiago, Triple Creme cheeses

Honey Basil Ale
This Bison classic is infused with organic honey for its aroma and a hint of sweetness and fresh organic basil to lend a slight herbal note and basil aftertaste—a perfectly refreshing brew. Chef Pete at Latitudes, Auburn, CA pair this beer with a green curry soup with lobster. The clean herbal beer pairs with the spiciness and rich herbal ingredients: green curry, basil, rice noodles, poached lobster, and a rich broth of coconut milk. Wow!

Special Brewed Spiced Holiday Porter! Our Spiced holiday porter is brewed with ginger, nutmeg and a touch of cinnamon, yielding the aroma of fresh backed gingerbread men! The chewy dark malt flavors are sure to smooth out that dinner with the in-laws. Brewed with 2-row, caramel, chocolate, roast barley, black malts, ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
