Leveraging his successful 15 year brewing career, Brewmaster Steve Altimari is proud to enter his fourth year at the helm of High Water Brewing. "High Water" being a playful interpretation of Steve's last name. A loose Italian translation of "Alta" meaning High and "Mare" meaning Seas or Water led us to the High Water name.
Inspired by the most creative brewing practices and styles across the world, Steve's love of beer and unbridled passion for all things flavorful have led to a line of products that represent the very best of the best. Steve's vision of creating unique and flavorful beers and getting them into a glass have taken fruition.
High Water Brewing is pleased to announce we have partnered with Tied House - Hermitage Brewing in San Jose and have expanded our production capacity to meet our growing customer demand.
High Water Brewing is excited to announce a new project in conjunction with E.J. Phair in Pittsburg California. High Water Brewing is now licensed as a small beer manufacturer at the Pittsburg brewery. We have installed 2 of our 30 bbl fermenters and will be producing a new line of draft beers. These will be one off recipes and releasd as the High Water Tributary Series. Some of the upcoming beers will include a Oktober-Phest, Pineapple Pale Ale, Pharmhouse Style Sasison, Triplel IPA and many others. Keep an eye out and your favorite draft beer locations.
Our production beers are now available in 5.16 and 15.5 gallon kegs as well as bottled in 22 oz bombers.
High Water Beers are now distributed in Northern, Central and Southern California, Reno, Las Vegas, Seattle, New York, Japan, Brazil, Denmark, Sweden, Rome, London and Amsterdam.
